Challenge |
Software Architecture Ownership: Own the solution architecture, ensure implementation aligns, and manage deviations and technical debt.
Codebase Integrity: Maintain a modular, lean, reusable codebase by removing duplication and reusing existing functionality.
Standards Enforcement: Define and enforce verifiable security, performance and scalability standards, and turn high-level solutions into executable designs.
Enterprise Compliance: Ensure adherence to customer technology, infrastructure and security standards, incorporate nonfunctional test results, and shape executable requirements.
Dependency Management: Identify and resolve dependencies across systems, teams, vendors, data and infrastructure before they block delivery.
Delivery Tooling: Improve environments, CI/CD, test automation, preview environments, logging and monitoring for faster, higher-quality delivery.
Coaching: Develop the team through pairing, code reviews and technical walkthroughs, while reducing critical single points of failure.
Technical Point of Contact: Represent the technical perspective to teams, third parties, the project manager and UX designer.
Casting |
At least 8 years’ software engineering experience, including 3 years as a tech lead, lead developer or solution designer.
Production experience with Next.js and React in TypeScript on at least 2 projects.
Production experience with Sitecore in a headless setup.
Experience with .NET 8 or higher for backend services.
Available onsite at least 2 days per week.
C1-level or equivalent spoken and written English.
